FAQs
FAQs
Q: Do I need to rinse it off
A : No, First Bloom is a leave-on micellar formula. Apply to skin, massage gently, and leave. Coco glucoside at 4% is mild enough for leave-on use and rinses naturally with subsequent routine steps. If you prefer to rinse, that works too.
Q: Can I use it to remove makeup?
A: Yes. Coco glucoside forms micelles that lift oil-based impurities including makeup and sunscreen. For heavy or waterproof makeup, a double cleanse with Golden Hour balm cleanser first will be more effective.
Q: Why neroli hydrosol, specifically?
A: Neroli (steam-distilled orange blossom water) is balancing, regenerating, and soothing. It’s properties are documented in cosmetic use for sensitive, dry, and mature skin. It also gives First Bloom its soft orange blossom scent without any added essential oils.
Q: Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Yes, it was formulated with sensitive, reactive, and barrier-disrupted skin in mind. No essential oils, no fragrance, no harsh surfactants. Patch test recommended for very reactive skin as with all new products.
