Are Likha Rituals products vegan? Most of our products are vegan, but not all. We permit beeswax and honey where they are the best functional choice for a formula. Products containing animal-derived ingredients are noted in the product description.

I have a nut allergy. Are your products safe for me to use? It depends on the product. Some formulas contain tamanu oil, which is pressed from the nut of the Calophyllum tree and may carry cross-reactivity risk for those with tree nut allergies. Sweet almond oil appears in some formulas as well. Check the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. If you have a tree nut allergy or a complex allergy profile, consult your allergist before introducing any new botanical product. If you're unsure, contact us at support@likharituals.com and we can help you identify which products are tree nut-free.

Are your products cruelty-free? Yes. We do not test on animals at any stage of formulation or production.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our formulas are made with botanicals, minerals, and carefully vetted functional ingredients. Several products contain essential oils, which can be sensitizing for some skin types. If you have reactive or sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing before use and reviewing the full ingredient list for each product. Are your products safe to use during pregnancy? Some of our formulas contain ingredients that are not recommended during pregnancy, including rosehip and borage seed oil. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare products during pregnancy. Specific cautions are noted in individual product listings.

What does "handmade in small batches" mean? Every product is formulated, mixed, filled, and labeled by hand in Castle Rock, CO. We don't use contract manufacturers. Small batches mean each product is fresh, traceable, and made with direct oversight at every step.

What is the shelf life of your products? Shelf life varies by format. Anhydrous products (oils, balms, wax-based formulas) typically last 12 months. Aqueous products (mists, water-containing formulas) are preserved and typically have a 12-month shelf life once opened. We recommend storing all products away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not introduce water into oil-based products.

I'm not sure where to start. What do you recommend? If you're new to the brand, the Cleanse step is the natural entry point. The balm-to-milk cleanser and the botanical powder face wash are both good starting points depending on your texture preference. The balm is richer, the powder is lighter. From there, move through Balance, Nourish, and Restore. If you want guidance on building a routine, contact us at support@likharituals.com.

Which scent profile is right for me? Sun and Breeze are bright and citrus-forward and good for morning. Rain is softer, floral-herbal with a cool edge. Earth is grounding and woody. Within is the quietest,  frankincense-led, contemplative. If you're not sure, the Ritual Scent Oils Discovery Set includes all five in 5mL sizes so you can try before committing.

What is your return policy? All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@likharituals.com with a photo and your order number.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday. Standard shipping via USPS typically takes an additional 3–7 days depending on your location. Expedited shipping via UPS is available at checkout with a 12PM MST cutoff.

Do you offer samples? We don't currently offer individual samples, but the Ritual Scent Oils Discovery Set is our best entry point for trying the line at a lower commitment. We'll be exploring sampling options in the future.

Can I cancel my order? Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email support@likharituals.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
