Dehydrated skin suffers from a water shortage, not an oil shortage, which is why even oily skin can be dehydrated. Look for tightness right after cleansing, fine dry lines that aren't wrinkles, or a dullness that powder can't fix. Drench works on water-binding, not oil replacement.
