Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. During high-volume periods, such as launches and holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking information via your confirmation email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is via USPS. Expedited shipping via UPS is available at checkout. The cutoff for expedited orders is 12PM MST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping rates apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

We currently ship within the United States only.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@likharituals.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace the product or issue store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please email support@likharituals.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Will it make my skin matte?

It provides refreshing, water-based moisture with a non-oily finish. Your skin’s natural shine may still be visible.

Does it shrink pores?

It does not permanently change pore size.

Can I use it before face oil?

Yes. Apply the mist first, then your preferred oil or balm.

Is the whole formula alcohol-free?

The witch hazel hydrosol is alcohol-free. The formula includes benzyl alcohol in its preservative system, which is different from ethanol.

How to use

Close eyes and lightly mist over clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Follow with facial oil, balm, or moisturizer while skin is still slightly damp. Reapply as desired throughout the day.
