Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. During high-volume periods, such as launches and holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking information via your confirmation email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is via USPS. Expedited shipping via UPS is available at checkout. The cutoff for expedited orders is 12PM MST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping rates apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@likharituals.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace the product or issue store credit.

Is this a cleanser or a toner?

It is a micellar cleanser: its cleansing ingredients help lift away buildup, while the botanical waters give it the refreshing feel often associated with a toner.

Do I need to rinse?

No rinsing is required. You may rinse if you prefer the feel of water afterward.

Will it remove heavier makeup?

It is intended for everyday buildup and light makeup. Begin with Balm-to-Milk Cleanser for heavier makeup or water-resistant sunscreen.

Can oily skin enjoy it?

Yes. Its water-light texture can be especially appealing when you prefer cleansing without an oily finish.

Does it contain alcohol?

The witch hazel is alcohol-free. The full formula includes benzyl alcohol in its preservative system; benzyl alcohol is a different ingredient from ethanol.

Alcohol-free witch hazel water gives the cleanser a light, refreshing foundation. Paired with moisture-attracting ingredients, it contributes to the fresh, comfortable feel after cleansing.

Green Tea Hydrosol

Distilled from green tea leaves, this botanical water forms part of the cleanser’s refreshing base. It blends with the floral hydrosols to create a light cleansing experience.

Rose Hydrosol

Rose flower water brings a delicate floral character to the aqueous base.

Lavender Hydrosol

Lavender flower water adds an herbal-floral note that complements rose and witch hazel.

Sodium PCA

A humectant that attracts water and is associated with the skin’s natural moisturizing factors. In this cleanser, it complements the cleansing system and helps support a comfortable after-feel.

Aloe Vera

Aloe leaf juice contributes skin-conditioning care to the water-based formula.It helps balance the cleansing experience with a soft, comfortable finish.

How to use

Saturate a cotton or reusable facial pad and gently sweep across face and neck. Repeat as needed. No rinsing is required, although you may rinse if preferred. Use morning or evening, then follow with your chosen moisturizing steps. For heavier makeup or water-resistant sunscreen, begin with Balm-to-Milk Cleanser. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
