Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. During high-volume periods, such as launches and holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking information via your confirmation email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is via USPS. Expedited shipping via UPS is available at checkout. The cutoff for expedited orders is 12PM MST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

What provides the enzyme component?

Bromelain, an enzyme associated with pineapple, provides the exfoliating enzyme component. Pineapple and papaya fruit powders round out the tropical botanical blend.

How long do I leave it on?

Three to five minutes, never more than five, keeping the mask slightly damp. Tingling is not necessary; rinse immediately if you experience stinging, burning, or discomfort.

How often should I use it?

Use once weekly, adjusting frequency to your skin’s tolerance. It is not intended as a daily cleanser or daily mask.

Should I scrub as I rinse?

No. Rinse gently with lukewarm water; coarse rubbing is not part of the intended experience.

How much water should I add?

Start with approximately 1 teaspoon of powder and an equal amount of water in a clean bowl. Adjust the water a little at a time until the paste is smooth and spreadable.

Pineapple fruit powder contributes to the mask’s tropical botanical blend. It combines with papaya, coconut milk, and fine powders in a creamy, freshly mixed masking texture.

Papaya Fruit Powder

Papaya fruit powder brings another tropical botanical to the blend. It works alongside pineapple powder and coconut milk in the freshly mixed paste, while bromelain supplies the exfoliating enzyme component.

Kaolin
