Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. During high-volume periods, such as launches and holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking information via your confirmation email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is via USPS. Expedited shipping via UPS is available at checkout. The cutoff for expedited orders is 12PM MST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping rates apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

We currently ship within the United States only.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@likharituals.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace the product or issue store credit.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please email support@likharituals.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do I apply it to wet or dry skin?

Start with dry skin so the balm can spread through makeup, sunscreen, and surface oils. Add water after massaging to create the milky rinse.

Do I need a second cleanser?

A second cleanse is optional. Use Powdered Cleanser afterward if you enjoy that additional cleansing step.

Can oily skin use a balm cleanser?

Yes. A balm cleanser is a rinse-off product, and the rich massage texture can suit any skin type that enjoys it.

Does it foam?

Its defining experience is the change from balm to milk, rather than a traditional foaming wash.

Will it leave oil behind?

The emulsifiers help the oils disperse into water for rinsing. The intended finish is soft and conditioned; rinse thoroughly.

Key Ingredients

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba is a liquid wax composed largely of wax esters. It gives the balm smooth glide and helps loosen oil-soluble buildup during massage while leaving skin feeling conditioned.

Camellia Seed Oil

An emollient seed oil that adds silky spreadability to the oil blend. It complements jojoba’s glide and helps the cleansing massage feel smooth and comfortable.

Jasmine Wax

An aromatic floral wax that contributes to the balm’s body and delicate jasmine character. Its role is both sensory and structural within the richer cleansing texture.

Olive-Derived Emulsifiers

Cetearyl olivate and sorbitan olivate help bring the oil phase together with added water. They contribute to the balm’s transformation into a milky dispersion that can be rinsed away.

Cetyl Alcohol

A fatty alcohol that adds structure and a cushioned feel. It works with the waxes and other structuring ingredients to give the balm body before it melts during massage.

Coco-Caprylate/Caprate

A lightweight emollient that improves slip within the richer oil-and-wax base. It helps the balm spread easily across skin during cleansing.

How to use

With clean, dry hands, massage a small amount onto dry skin. Add lukewarm water and continue massaging until the balm becomes a creamy milk. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Use alone or follow with Powdered Cleanser when desired. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
