our story

Likha is a Tagalog word that means, to create. It felt right for a brand built entirely by hand, from formulation to filling, every product is made in small batches by a single formulator.

Likha Rituals is botanical and mineral skincare, led by nature and supported by science. Every ingredient is evaluated against our four pillars: nature, chemistry, safety, and performance. We don’t add ingredients for aesthetics alone, and we don’t exclude ingredients just because they sound scientific. Functional cosmetic science and botanical ingredients are not opposites. The question behind every formula is the same: is the process defensible, and is the ingredient necessary?

We live at a pace that leaves very little room for ourselves. The morning is a series of tasks before the day even starts, and the evening is the same in reverse. Somewhere in between, taking care of yourself gets deprioritized and redefined as something that requires a free afternoon or a spa appointment you haven't scheduled.

It doesn't have to be that way.

A skincare ritual doesn't have to be ten steps or figuring out what order everything goes in. We believe it’s about intention and being present in the moment. Cleanse, balance, nourish, seal. These four steps, done with presence, is enough. It can be five minutes out of your busy day, but those five minutes have to be yours.

Take the time, no matter how short it is, to connect with your senses. Feel the product on your fingertips, notice how it moves across your skin, breathe in the botanicals. Be present with the skin you're caring for, the skin that protects you, supports everything you do, and carries the lines and marks of your life.
